UPON the Claimants' claim by way of Part 7 Claim Form dated 14 January 2022 (the“Claim”)
AND UPON the Defendant’s application issued on 22 February 2022 (the“Application”)
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 23 March 2022 pursuant to which the parties agreed that the Evidence in Answer to the Application should be filed on 29 March 2022 and the Evidence in Reply to the Application should be filed by 26 April 2022 (the“Consent Order”)
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 29 March 2022 pursuant to which the parties agreed that the Claimants were permitted to amend the Claim Form in the form attached thereto
AND UPON the Claimants filing and serving their Evidence in Answer to the Application on 29 March 2022
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 27 April 2022 pursuant to which the parties agreed that Paragraph 2 of the Consent Order be varied such that the Evidence in Reply to the Application should be filed by 10 May 2022 (the“Consent Order”)
AND UPON the Parties having agreed to the terms of this Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 2 of the Consent Order be varied as follows: “The Defendant’s Evidence in Reply to the Application shall be filed by4pm on 17 May 2022.”
