AND UPON the Consent Order dated 16 December 2022

AND UPON the First and Second Defendants requesting an extension of time to file and serve their respective Defences which are presently due to be filed and served on 9 February 2023

AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms as set out in this Consent Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The period for the First and Second Defendants to file and serve their Defences is extended until4pm on 9 March 2023.

2. Costs shall be costs in the case.
