CONSENT ORDER

UPON the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Maha Al Mheiri dated 9 September 2022 (the “CMO”)

AND UPON the amendments made to the CMO by the Consent Orders dated 28 September 2022, 21 October 2022 and 23 December 2022 (the “Consent Orders”)

AND UPON reviewing email correspondence to the DIFC Courts Registry from the parties’ legal representatives with respect to the terms set out in this Order

AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms set out in this Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The deadline at paragraph 7 of the CMO shall be amended to4pm on Thursday 2 February 2023.

2. All other deadlines shall remain as ordered in the CMO, or as amended by the Consent Orders.

3. Costs of this consent order shall be costs in the case.

4. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
