UPON the Applicant’s Application No. CFI-005-2016/7 dated 12 June 2023 for a stay of the proceedings (the “Stay Application”)
AND UPON the parties agreeing to the terms of the Consent Order contained herein
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Stay Application shall be determined on papers without an oral hearing.
2. The Respondents shall file and serve evidence in answer by4pm on 13 June 2023.
3. The Applicant shall file and serve evidence in reply, if so advised, by4pm on 15 June 2023.
4. The Applicant and the Respondents shall file and exchange written submissions by4pm on 16 June 2023.
5. The Stay Application shall be determined in accordance with paragraph 1 above as soon as possible thereafter.
6. The costs of this Consent Order shall be in the case.
